Privacy Policy

Account information

Email address, and any display name or preferences you set, collected when you sign up and managed through Supabase Auth.

Content you submit

The message drafts you analyze, the audience and intent you select, your conversations with the Sage coach, and your turns in the conversation simulator. This content is sent to our AI provider for processing and stored so Results, Coach, and Simulator can read it back without re-analyzing.

Billing information

If you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf. We receive and store subscription status, plan, and billing period, but never your full card number.

Usage and device information

Aggregate, privacy-focused website analytics (via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals across sites), and error/diagnostic data when something goes wrong (via Sentry), which may include the page you were on and technical details about the error.

• To provide the Service: run analyses, generate rewrites, power Sage and the simulator, and show you your history.
• To operate your account: authentication, session management, and enforcing plan limits.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional email (confirmations, password resets, billing notices) via Resend.
• To monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and quality of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your message content to train our own models.

When you submit a draft, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude model via the Anthropic API to generate your analysis, rewrites, coach replies, or simulator turns. This processing happens server-side; your submitted content is never used to expose our API credentials to your browser. Anthropic processes this content under its own API terms and does not use API inputs to train its models by default.

We share information with the following providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Anthropic: processes message content to generate AI output.
• Supabase: hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Stripe: processes payments and manages subscriptions.
• Resend: delivers transactional email on our behalf.
• Cloudflare: provides aggregate, cookieless website analytics.
• Sentry: captures error and diagnostic data to help us fix bugs.

Each provider only receives the information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active, so that Results, Coach, and Simulator can continue reading your history. You can delete individual analyses from your Dashboard at any time. If you delete your account, we delete your associated data, other than records we are required to retain for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your profile and preferences from Settings, delete individual analyses from your Dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights, including full account deletion.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level security policies that restrict database access to your own data, and server-side handling of all API credentials so they are never exposed to the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we rely on those providers' safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
